Amnia is operated by CavTech Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, registered at Room 9, 4th Floor, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean CavTech Limited, and "you" means the person buying or using Amnia.
By subscribing to Amnia you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not subscribe.
1. What you are buying
Amnia is a subscription to a library of recorded audio intended to help settle babies. You get access to the recordings through a private web page. You can play them in a browser and download them for offline use on your own devices.
Amnia is a sound recording. It is not a medical device, a medical treatment, a sleep-training programme, or a substitute for advice from a doctor, midwife or health visitor. See our Disclaimer.
2. Subscription and renewal
Amnia is sold as a recurring subscription. When you subscribe you choose a term. At the end of each term your subscription renews automatically for another term of the same length, at the same price, until you cancel.

All prices are in US dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction charges, which are outside our control.
We will tell you by email before any price change takes effect, and you will have the chance to cancel before you are charged the new price.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access for the remainder of the term you have already paid for.
To cancel, email [email protected] from the address you subscribed with. We will confirm within one business day. Where a self-service billing portal is available to you, you can also cancel there.
4. The thirty-night guarantee
If your baby does not settle to Amnia, email [email protected] within thirty days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. No form, no phone call, no explanation required.
The guarantee covers your first payment only. Refunds are made to the original payment method and usually reach you within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Your access ends when the refund is issued.
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
5. How you may use the recordings
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play and download the recordings for your own household's use, for as long as your subscription is active.
You may not:
- share, sell, rent or give away the recordings or your access link
- upload them to any public or shared platform
- use them in any commercial setting, broadcast or public performance
- edit, remix or create derivative works from them
- strip, alter or obscure any ownership information attached to them
We own the recordings and everything else on this site. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you. If you share your access link we may end your subscription without a refund.
6. Availability
We will make reasonable efforts to keep Amnia available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the library. If we withdraw Amnia altogether we will refund the unused portion of your current term.
You need a device capable of playing audio and, for the first download, an internet connection. We are not responsible for your device, your connection, or the cost of either.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You are responsible for your baby's sleeping environment, including where any speaker or phone is placed and how loud it is. Please read the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Amnia after that means you accept the updated terms.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, or your right to bring proceedings there.
